These Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms") define the terms of access to and use of the UNY platform, published by Aftercode Inc. By accessing the platform, you accept these Terms without reservation.
Registration is free and open to any adult individual, or any minor with parental authorization. Each user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information. One account per person is allowed. UNY reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a breach of these Terms.
UNY provides a platform that enables users to: discover and register for sporting events, create and manage events as an organizer, track athletic performance and statistics, connect athletes, teams and organizers, and access a marketplace of sports services.
Users agree to: use the platform for its intended purpose, not to infringe the rights of third parties, not to distribute illegal, insulting or discriminatory content, comply with the fair-play rules and the community charter, and not attempt to circumvent the platform's security measures.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in euros including tax. Refund terms depend on each organizer's policy. If an organizer cancels an event, a full refund is guaranteed within 10 business days.
All elements making up the platform (text, images, logos, software) are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation or exploitation is prohibited. Content published by users remains their property, but they grant UNY a non-exclusive license to use it.
UNY strives to ensure the availability and security of the platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. UNY is not responsible for content published by users or for disputes between users. Use of the platform is at the user's own risk.
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the GDPR. For more information, see our Privacy page.
UNY reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material change by email or through a notification on the platform. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution first. Failing that, the competent courts are those of the jurisdiction where Aftercode Inc.'s head office is located.
